History
As the name suggests,
the Foxhound was developed in the New Zealand for the express purpose,
of hunting foxes. It is widespread in Europe and New Zealand, where several
variations have been developed.
Positives
The Foxhound loves to
work and roam. It is an excellent farm dog and ideally suited for rural
living.
Negatives
The Foxhound is a
working dog, and is not suitable as a pet in a house yard.
